If you can not attend our auctions, you can leave an Absentee Bid with us, or you can bid online.

There are two options for online bidding – use the RKT Auctions App or use our online bidding service at live.rkta.com.au

How to use the service

The RKT Auctions App is available for iOS and Android. The RKT Auctions app is available for tablet or smart phone.

To download the RKT Auctions App, simply visit the App Store or Google Play and search for ‘RKT Auctions’.

You can also use our online bidding service on your desktop. Visit live.rkta.com.au to create an account and bid.

Registration

To bid online, you need to register and create an account. Once you have done this, you can bid online at all of our auctions.

You only need to register once – for future sales you only need to log in.

To register, visit live.rkta.com.au or you can do so on the RKT Auctions App.

Bidding

Once you have registered, you will receive a paddle number and you will be able to bid live in real time during the auction by swiping on the app, or clicking in the desktop environment.

You can also leave absentee bids ahead of the auction, and if you are outbid, you will be notified. You will also be notified when your lot is coming up once the auction is underway.

The auction will be streamed once it commences and you will be able to follow the action live in real time on the app or website.

Payment and Collection

At the conclusion of the auction, if you have been successful we will email you an invoice. You can pay online and arrange collection. Alternatively, we can assist with shipping small items. More details on our shipping service are available here.

Online Bidding Fee

In addition to our normal buyer’s premium, we charge a 3% fee for bidding online. To avoid this fee, you can always place at Absentee Bid with us instead.
