As per our terms and conditions, buyers must organise their own cartage and packing of purchases.
However, for a packing fee plus the cost of packaging and delivery, Raffan Kelaher & Thomas can post smaller items to buyers.
We reserve the right to refuse to pack any item which we deem unsuitable for delivery or which cannot be packed safely.
Postage within Australia
On request, we can provide a shipping quote.
We use Australia Post’s Parcel Post service, which includes tracking and delivery within 4 – 6 business days.
Insurance and signature on delivery is available on request for an additional charge.
Please note – we make every effort to pack goods securely and all goods leave our premises in sound condition. Raffan Kelaher & Thomas is not responsible for damage which may occur during transit. This is the responsibility of Australia Post.
After each auction we are inundated with requests for packing. Please be patient if you experience a delay.
